Responsibilities:
- Processing Veterinarian bookings of qualified customers using Salesforce CRM
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and determine upsell opportunities
- Develop routes for our Vet Teams by creating efficient and logical travel itineraries
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and tracking needed follow-ups
- Act with a sense of urgency, but also treat the customer with concierge type service level Â
- Being able to determine when the call is an emergency or a regular veterinarian visit request (with training)Â
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and field teams as necessaryÂ
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous call centre experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role essential
- Previous veterinary or pet industry experience a plus but not necessary
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer software; CRM management and Google Suite experience a strong assetÂ
- Shift work and some weekend shifts are required
