Marketing Director

About the Job

The Marketing Director will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance The Vets’ brand presence, customer acquisition and retention.This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing leadership, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will deeply understand digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with The Vets’ business goals and objectives.
• Strengthen The Vets’ brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all channels.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership and teams within the company, such as product, Operation, and R&D, and collaborate on cross-company projects.
• Develop and execute campaigns to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Heads-on experience or leadership of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
