About the Role:

As a Director Inside Sales you will be focused on the development and continuous improvement of our sales team by leading the delivery of strategic sales operations, direction, and management of our sales team to help the company achieve our short and long term objectives. Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing the sales teams tools and processes needed for consistent growth.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5 years of management experience leading teams 10-50 inside sales representatives in a contact center environment 
  • Experience building and scaling call center sales operations teams
  • Salesforce & Sales Metrics Reporting
  • Must have experience using real-time dashboards to manage call volume and conversion ratios to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals/quotas (cancellations/validations/upsells)
  • Must have led training and development for volume recruitment efforts
  • Veterinary or healthcare industry knowledge a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Call Centre ensuring service and quality metrics are achieved by developing the Sales Team’s day-to-day activities & goals 
  • Support the implementing of training programs/documentation for various levels of the team on topics such as sales goals, call control, objection handling, etc. 
  • Setting goals and objectives for the call center and monitoring performance to ensure that objectives are met or refined to drive improvements 
  • Use tools and experience to improve conversion and loyalty rates through better service, faster response times, and improved efficiency
  • Monitoring call volumes and performance data to make decisions for staffing needs 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency guidelines and standards within the US Veterinarian industry
  • Preparing reports and analyzing call center & customer data to improve processes & sales statistics
  • Develop strategies and opportunities to maximize efficiency and growth, and present plans and results to upper management 

Salary & Benefits:

  • $100,000 – $130,000 base + Discretionary bonus
  • Full benefits after a 30-day probationary period
