After the free trial is over, you will be charged automatically for the selected membership plan until you cancel.
To cancel your membership, reach out to our dedicated number at 877-590-VETS or by email at membership@thevets.com. In this case, the cancellation will be effective starting from the next billing cycle, per the Membership plan of your selection.
As a member of The Vets Priority, you will receive priority booking and on-demand support to ensure your pet gets the best care possible.
However, members are still required to pay for their appointments and necessary vaccinations and services.
Yes. If you have a preferred vet, please let our booking agent know when booking your priority appointment at our dedicated support line, and we will do our best to schedule you with them.
Yes. Your priority plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle and you will receive an email notification.
As a member, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to use your benefits, including an exclusive booking phone number and access to your priority membership account with an on-demand chat. You can start using these benefits as soon as you receive the email.
