Our Home Vet Visit Process
Initial Assessment and Discussion
During your visit, your veterinarian will take time to gather information about your pet’s history, current health, and any symptoms they are experiencing.
Targeted Examination
Your veterinarian will then perform a focused, nose-to-tail physical examination based on your pet’s symptoms and conditions. They will also take your pet’s vital signs and check all the major systems of their body.
Diagnostic Procedures (If Needed)
Depending on your pet’s symptoms, your veterinarian might recommend additional testing or lab work to assist in diagnosis and treatment (for an additional fee). Your veterinarian may also refer you to other specialists as needed.
Post-Visit Care Recommendations
Before the end of your visit, your veterinarian will provide guidance on how to care for your pet after the visit, including scheduling any necessary follow-up treatments and/or prescribing medications for an additional fee.
