This upscale burger joint might seem a bit to the north but then again, mobile veterinaries reach as far as Echo Lake. LunchBox Laboratory is a unique restaurant, as they are “always experimenting” with the menu, as their slogan reads.
They take pride in the fact the buns are organic and local, and that salts & sauces are hand-crafted. The Weekly Experiments menu features quirky dishes such as the Little Burger of Horrors (made using a fried pumpkin patty) and a strawberry milkshake appropriately named Vampire’s Dessert.

Although the inside of the café is not pet-friendly, Portage Bay House features a spacious patio where your dog can join you for lunch or dinner. Their motto is “Local. Organic. Sustainable,” which is reflected in the menu that comes with an allergy booklet.
Dog lovers are particularly fond of the breakfast that is served all day and your pet gets a complimentary water bowl. Part of the Maritime Pacific Brewery, Jolly Roger Taproom not only welcomes dogs but offers them biscuits and water bowls on the outside patio area (dogs are not allowed inside). Customers praise both the service and the food that ranges from burgers to seafood (be sure to try their double IPA beers).
Although the whole menu is alluring, the onion rings seems to be the best in town. Another draw-in for the locals is the pirate-themed décor, so they often refer to the Jolly Roger as the “pirate bar.” Mind you, the place is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

It shouldn’t be too hard to find a pet-friendly restaurant in a city that loves dogs as much as Seattle does. However, you shouldn’t look for just any hospitality service but a restaurant or a pub that openly invites guests to bring their pet dogs along for a meal or a pint of beer.
